Software for Trucking Companies Since 2024
We build fleet management tools for trucking companies. Dry van, reefer, flatbed, tanker, intermodal, vehicle transport - same platform for all of them. Dispatching, live load tracking, and the rest of the operation, run across the US and Europe from one place.

Our Story
Built for the road ahead
The platform we wanted to exist when we looked at how trucking software actually works today.
LogisticsX started in 2024 with a simple goal: give trucking companies software that doesn't make them want to throw the laptop. Too many fleets are still running on spreadsheets, phone calls, and a scatter of half-connected tools.
We set out to build a single platform that handles dispatching, load tracking, invoicing, fleet management, and messaging in one place. It works for an owner-operator with a handful of trucks and for fleets that are growing fast.
There are dedicated portals for dispatchers, customers, and drivers, and integrations with ELD providers, load boards, and payment processors — so the parts of the operation that should talk to each other actually do.
Our Mission
Why We Exist
"We're building the software so trucking companies can focus on the work that actually pays - moving freight."
Vision
Be the fleet platform that trucking companies actually want to use, not the one IT made them install.
Mission
Give trucking companies tools that are good at the boring parts so they can spend their time on the work that pays.
Values
Transparency, reliability, customer success, and shipping new things instead of talking about them.

Our Values
What we care about
A few things we keep coming back to.
Innovation
We try new things and ship them. AI dispatch, the MCP server — we'd rather build it and see what works than wait until someone else does.
Reliability
We aim for 99.9% uptime because dispatch can't take the morning off when our database is having a moment.
Customer focus
We build with the dispatcher and the driver in mind. The road test is whether they'd actually use it, not whether it demos well.
Integrity
We say what we ship, ship what we say, and tell you when we got something wrong.
